The chapter of the era has turned from the passionate years to the peaceful life of time.

In other words, unless you have a very special relationship, it is almost impossible to encounter investment opportunities with high returns, high growth, and high efficiency. Even if there are, they are basically scams.

I have always advised many friends who are bosses, saying:

Don’t invest too much trust in your employees. Everyone just comes out to make a living, so don’t expect them to consider your interests. What they want is high salary and few jobs, not to work together with you.

Similarly, I also say to more friends who work:

7- Starting from these two years, I really don’t want to be fooled by those open-minded, loving, gentle, humble and frugal lies anymore.

In principle, as long as you do not violate moral ethics, abide by the law, and do not cause trouble to society, you are already a very good person.

The remaining energy, you can invest it in making money, expanding your business, and developing in a down-to-earth manner. This is the most practical way.

To be honest, the development trend in the next few years will only become more and more profound, realistic, and cold, so simply crying and complaining is meaningless.

Because there will always be someone who cries harder and sadder than you.

Going back to the basics, it remains an eternal question:

How big can you solve specific problems with your abilities in society?

This is the direction you really need to think about and improve, otherwise no matter how the environment warms up, it has nothing to do with you.

For ordinary people, I have some very important supplements.

For those with a background in science and engineering, unless you have strong social connections, do not rush towards eliminating production capacity or traditional industries.

Otherwise, you are likely to fall into a dilemma in a few years, where you can’t even endure hunger.

We must venture into the newly illuminated field of technology, and we must uphold the mentality of “thick skinned, not afraid of mistakes, and seeking experience”, and broaden our horizons and ability structure.

For those with a humanities background, they must move towards the correct direction of patriotism, tradition, and conservatism, because both reason and benefit are the only paths that can lead to good results.

Never take a different path towards something that may seem cool and niche, but is not actually recognized by the mainstream.

To put it simply, first pave the way for everyone, and then consider standing out on this path.

Actually, the entire six-year period from 2019 to 2025 will be a period of major reshuffle of the entire social ecological niche.

Many once unbreakable beliefs have been completely shattered, along with countless unambitious people who have been eliminated.

At times like this, don’t be stubborn.

You must tell yourself:

Without adjustment or evolution, the outcome is 100% elimination.

But don’t be afraid, because with so many conservative older generations and those who are not ambitious being washed out, at this time, all I need to do is update my internal skills once.

So the vacant ecological niche is naturally yours.

In the past two years, really don’t mix with the sheep.

Because flocks of sheep have never appeared so gentle and harmless on the surface, they are just incompetent, but within them, there are plenty of trampling, jealousy, and resentment.

Being with them will only endlessly delay and waste your life.

The most fatal thing is that it will make your perspective smaller and smaller.

Remember, stay away from herbivores and become carnivores.

To bring delicious meat to oneself and one’s family, instead of chewing on withered grass and absorbing nutrients that are better than nothing every day.
